Bunny new books and a something on the needles ......

my little crochet bunny, almost finished, i just have to make the eyes...

a litle poem

knitting.... a shawl i make it in my favourite colour pink, in my favourite pattern, gerstekorrel, and i double knit it to make it even softer, just because of the warm feeling....

and an other cook book, but such a lovely one, the pictures inside are so delightful, i just felt in love with it... 

New Inspiration .....

What a lovely book you get so happy from just looking inside I wanted to crochet immediately.... so I bought this wonderfull cotton, with which you can knit a scarf....  

I also fall for the blanket of crochet along... the free pattern is in dutch at: terrace leven, you can see I made the first rows..... every week you can download a new pattern and in I think 48 weeks you have a blanket what a wonderful idea..........

Update crochet and embroidery

Last saturday there was the Songfestival, when I was 17, 18 19 years old I always crochet a bag during this contest... well I am definitely older but also a lot slower I can't imagine how I did it in one evening, this is as far as I am ...... but it is so much fun to do.... so I don't mind at all

This are the colors i am working with and the pattern is from Attic24., I really love her blog and the things she makes are so colorful,  C recommended me this site and I really like it a lot.

I need some stitches do you know that feeling.... well I had it... after the sampler of atelier perdu I didn't had something new.... but since it is really dark and grey in holland I thought, well why not already start with a christmas sampler, it are such nice colors and lovely to do... so two total different projects this time.... happy stitches !!!

Something old, something new something borrowed something blue

Some more fabrics I bought on the fair... I love making Kaffe fassett quilts and this is one I want to make one day... no hurry with that I like to find nice fabrics for it.... the fabric on the right will be the bases and the rest will follow...... but first a few other quilts who have to be finished.... this is more like a summer project... when summer will come...

I was waiting for better weather to make a nice photo shoot of my Christel seyfahrt Shawl... but that still has to wait, so for now I made some pictures in the home.

 I am really happy with the borders ... was a little scared so many stitches and you just have to wait how it turns out to be... well I think fine !!!!!

And another finish... It was almost finished and then I didn't like it all anymore but now it is so nice to wrap it around to at night or when you are not feeling right it is very soft and you can make a easy knot in it or wrap it around you totally, this is a drops pattern,

 And some new potholders for my kitchen, one pattern is from drops ... yes.... again, really lovely and easy to make.

The other pattern I saw on lucy's blog  quilting with the past, I really loved them and soon I remembered my mother used to make these potholders too and then I made them too... I really like to make them also fun easy and quick sometimes you need a quick project...

My Christmastree and a finish

This is my fantastic Christmas tree, I don't know if you can see it, but it snows !! Yes really that's why there is an umbrella, to keep the snow coming....

My crochet blanket is finished, Yes !!!

A update about my mittens...

and another finish my cushion, I am really happy with this one, it is nice and soft and big !!

And a little more hexagons added to my crochet blanket, it feels really soft and nice made from drops alpaca. I think it looks lovely on the sofa, don't you !??! Just a few more hexagons (hahahah), but  one every evening means 366 at the end of the year and that must be enough...

Crochet project

A new crochet project my scarf is finished, and it is so nice to make something while watching a nice movie... well her is my new project hexagons, crochet. I found the pattern by attic24 a lovely blog, and the pattern is very easy to follow. I have more to tell but haven't made all the pictures yet... a new quilting project with G en M, and a trade show we went to, so more pictures tomorrow.

Crochet Scarf

A new very quick pattern.... a crochet scarf. It is a pattern from drops, they made it in one color but since I had these in stock and it goes well with my coat I decided to use both. It is going to be all together as a "0" and then around my neck...... well we will see hopefully it is nice... at least it is very very nice to do and quick !!!!

Another project, not nearly finished. But someday it will. I like to make this little squares, it is simple piecefull and quick and you cann do it everywhere.
