civil war tribute

Here is the first update of another project I joined... The Civil War Tribute... this project I do together with S and H .... and Thank you S for you're advice of last thursday... I made the small star-block totally by sewingmachine

Update civil war

I am a bit to early with my update... but I wasn't updating for such a long time... Well here it is my civil war dairy quilt... I have to straighten it on the floor and but all three layers to gether so don't look to close after that I am going to quilt it by hand.... that will take me some months probably....

Project for D en N

D and N have a plan for their Room... and I had to make something for it...I love it when they ask for something like

that so it was a project I had to hurry with...it is almost finished just some stitches and I can finish it... cupboard and fiberfill behind and they can use it for their foto's, cards and other little things....

a new house

And a new house is finished, already 3 done, I am on a third with this quilt only 6 houses to go....

Vegetable garden in progress

A new little project I do with G en M... is to make our own vegetable garden ofcouse in embroidery and not a real garden. As you see we just started and I have some more homework to doo before....

Home sweet home

House number 3 is almost build, I changed it a bit...I didn't like 2010 next to the house. So I made de D of my oldest and a little flower ..... futher it will be as the book. Somebody asked me where the book is from it is from the two authors of Blackbird Designs and the book is called Home Sweet Home

Stitcherie instead of CWD Update

My first stitcherie is finished...sorry no update of the civil war....I am still thinking how to quilt it...quilt as you go...let it be quilted...or make a top and quilt it by hand...to many choices so I can't make up my mind.

But the sticherie is finished ...two of my favorite hobbies combined quilting and embrodery!!!
